CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
clients are required to complete the new client intake form and update information from time to time. it is important for your health, my health, and the health of other clients that you inform me of any health, skin, or medical issues as it may be contraindicated to massage and aromatherapy. for example: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure and some medications could have adverse reactions with some essential oils and some conditions may contraindicate massage all-together.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
all information you give aroma-ssage is strictly confidential and will only be shared with you and your medical practitioner with your written permission. your email address will not be rented, sold, or shared with anyone and will only be used by me to contact you in regards to appointments, follow-ups, and related communications. should you choose to pay with a credit card, your information will be kept confidential and will never be shared nor used without your explicit consent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
aroma-ssage has a 24 hour cancellation policy and you will not be charged for canceling your appointment. if you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL / NO-SHOW POLICY
late arrivals by aroma-ssage or the client is not acceptable. plan on your practitioner arriving 10-15 minutes early to set-up. if the practitioner is late, the massage is on us. if you are late, the massage is on you. the client will be charged the full amount in the case of a “no-show”. partial appointments or late arrivals may be scheduled if time permits and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
SEXUAL MISCONDUCT
sexual misconduct is forbidden. client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
